May 2025, 2026-CLPO Update
Dear Stockholders,
On Memorial Day, let’s find a moment to remember the ultimate sacrifice that the men and women of our armed forces gave for our freedom. As our country turns 250 years old this year, we are reminded how privileged we are to live in the land of the free and the home of the brave. Without their dedication to service and country, the world would be different and possibly unrecognizable.
With the beginning of summer, and the swimming and boating season upon us, the CLPO would like to remind all stockholders of the Rules/Regulations that are in place, so we have a safe and fun recreational season. Please see below rules and regulations.
Please present your Membership Badges to the lifeguards when you enter the beach. Their job is to watch the water, and we appreciate you letting them know who you are. You are responsible for your guests. Please share the rules with them.
In addition, Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) have been placed at both beaches. These AEDs are life saving devices and should not be tampered with. Please explain this to your children, family members, and guests. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact the board via email and we will get back to you.
Be safe and stay well,
CLPO Board of Directors
