The liaison works along side the CLPO and the CLCC to make sure both organizations are aligned and working together to improve the CLCC usage of CLPO properties.
Dam & DEP Liaison
Steve Kovacs
The Dam chairman works alongside the NJDEP and other regulatory agencies to ensure our Dam is in satisfactory condition and our dam operation meets the state requirements.
Horticulture

Horticulture chairman maintains plantings and landscaping at the various CLPO properties.
Long Range Planning

The long range planning chairman plans, budgets, and looks at long term projects and the required funding, permits, usage, and approvals needed to plan projects.

The signage chairman manages signage and related items needed to secure and protect the lake properties.
COLA

The COLA representative attends COLA meetings and interreacts with other COLA members to help strengthen our knowledge and understand of the challenges and hurdles facing lake communities in NJ

The landings chairman is tasked with maintaining, upgrading, and improving the 9 Landings and related properties.

The playground chairman maintains the condition and safety of the two playgrounds.
Water Quality

The water quality chairman manages our lake waters, manages the lake management contractors, lake restoration, and maintaining the high quality of water.

The WS&S Chairman overseas the swim program, beach safety and operation, life guards, and general day to day safety and operation of the beaches

Storm Water Run-off
Tom Leto
Storm Water chairman is responsible for protecting the lake from storm water run off. This includes township owned storm, water drains, CLPO owned runoff, and developing plans for home owner run off with the goal to limit as much contaminants from entering our water as possible.
