The goal of the CLPO, Inc., is to maintain, improve, and manage all Corporation owned property. Our intent with this website is to improve access and distribution of corporation and community information.

Since 1925 the CLPO, Inc., has been managing the lake and owned properties. Located in Denville, NJ with 360 private residences, our 99-acre lake has been home to countless generations of families.
